DEATH ROW: AFTER DEATH
In April 2007, former Death Row Records boss Marion 'Suge' Knight was filed bankrupt, owing a whooping $137 million (£68.5 million), now lawyers desperately attempt to raise money to cover the company's debt, unreleased material by the late Tupac has been revealed.

2 pac's mother, Afemi Shakur is currently fighting to prevent the rapper's former label from selling the unreleased tracks, an album's worth of tracks. Mama Shakur visited a federal bankruptcy court on July 20, seeking an injunction on Death Row's strategy plan to settle their bankruptcy case, arguing that the song's are property of Tupac's estate and not rightous to profit from.
Donald. N. David, Shakur's family lawyer claims the unreleased tracks should have been handed over in 1997 agreement with Death Row, after Tupac's murder in September 1996.
Up until now the album's worth of unreleased tracks were unknown of. During the record company's bankruptcy proceedings "it was revealed an album's worth of unreleased Tupac material was being advertised to potential buyers as the jewel in the crown of the Death Row assets".
The verdict to mother Shakur's injunction request will be notified within the next four weeks.
