REAL: LIVE & FUNKY AT RONNIE SCOTTS

Winston Rollins & Louise Pollock are Real. They joined forces in 2004, and instantly they formed a beautiful relationship writing and recording together . Catch 'em in London this week with guest: Jamiroquai's Sola Ackingbola.

Real have created a style which is a unique fusion of soul, funk, rock, acid jazz, yielding music which is both accessible and commercial but has strong, credible jazz roots. They have a growing army of fans including Radio 2's Tim Smith who believes the band to be "brilliant, the best of British jazz/funk.."

Their recently released remixed album, “REALIZED”, is complete with some wicked remixes by the likes of Mark de Clive-Lowe, YamWho?, M-Swift, RedChillie, Incognito’s Fayyaz Virji, Blip, EzRol Leisur Groove and Degzy.

You can catch them playing 3 live dates alongside guest Sola Ackingbola from Jamiroquai at Ronnie Scotts in Soho, London: Friday June 15 & Saturday June 16 and at JB Bar & Diner, Chiswick (opp. Gunnersbury Station) this Thursday (June 14).
